Why We Raise Funds

Our mission is to provide a rigorous and relevant Christian education, equipping students for leadership in a changing world. We believe that no student who desires to study at Cornerstone should ever be denied that opportunity for financial reasons.

Jesus promises us in Matthew 19:29 that when we invest in God’s kingdom, our investments yield “interest” that lasts forever. John Wesley said it well, “I value all things only by the price they shall gain in eternity.”

The long term solution is to help Cornerstone Christian Academy for Learning and Leadership build a self-sustaining funding base that will allow our school to operate debt free and be endowed. There are a number of ways you can get involved and invest.

Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF)

The PTF is made up of Cornerstone parents who volunteer their time and talents to assist with fundraising. PTF’s mission is to increase school recognition and pride and to provide opportunities for developing community and relationships within our Cornerstone families. They assist with fundraising, organizing social events, and supporting our students and teachers. They sponsor our Walk-A-Thon, Book Fair, Variety Show, Grandparents’ Day, and more. We encourage all parents to join PTF and become part of our school community and culture. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact the PTF Leadership.

Fred Meyer Community Rewards

Donate money to our school every time you use your reward card through Fred Meyer’s Community Reward Program. There is no cost to you, and you still receive your own rewards points, rebates, and fuel points when you use your card.

My School Rewards
