Olivia Alexander

Early Childhood Education (ECE) Director

Olivia Alexander is a Northwest native. She has lived in Washington her entire life and was raised in a Christian home. She has a passionate heart for Christ and for kids and loves working to individualize plans to help each child thrive. Olivia affirmed Jesus as her Lord on her 21st birthday when her Grandpa baptized her. Olivia’s experience, credentials and early childhood development background are a great match for our ECE program. Olivia has her Early Childhood Education degree from Clark College and comes to us with more than six years of experience serving a wide range of age groups from infant through high school. She plans to pursue a Human Development degree at WSU Vancouver. Olivia began working with children in 2010 as a volunteer providing childcare at Vancouver Church and was quickly hired at Renovatus Church as a school age Bible teacher. She worked for The Northwest Marriage Institute as a child care coordinator from 2012-2015 when their federal grant ended. Olivia has been on staff at Liberty Bible Church since 2014 providing child care. Most recently worked for SWCCC (Southwest Washington Child Care Consortium) as a Center Director. Olivia has chosen to work in child care for the past decade because of her love for children. She enjoys watching them learn, grow and thrive. She is eager to have the freedom to openly experience and share her love for Jesus, family, build relationships with the ECE kids, parents and staff. Olivia’s cheerful and positive attitude along with her experience in team leadership, organization and communication will be a wonderful addition to our team.

When not at CCA you will probably find Olivia in the gym. Olivia coach’s volleyball for Clark County Fusion Volleyball Club and King’s Way Christian Schools. She also enjoys playing in a women’s volleyball league. She is passionate about family, travel, hiking and spending time outdoors. We are excited to have Olivia on board and look forward to her contributions in the growth and success of our Early Childhood Education Program.
